Bereavement Support Group

We are Y.A.N.A. (You Are Not Alone). We are a bereavement support group that began in November 2001. We come together on the third Thursday of every month in the lower hall at Sacred Heart from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

Our hope is to enable people to talk about the death of a loved one freely, to share emotions and common experience in a non-threatening and non-judgmental environment.

Facilitators assist and educate each person about the grief process, to listen and to be there for each person.

If you or someone you know has experienced the loss of a loved one, you will be welcomed into an atmosphere of confidentiality.
